1. The Board will discuss the flood plain on Lake Buel. It is clear that the FEMA flood plain is inaccurate and the Board will devise a system for an adjustment to land values for properties that flood.
2. The Board has agreed that there should be an official town map. They will discuss this agreement and will take their proposal to the Select Board.
3. Any old or new business that requires attention.
